Jordan Brand made the Air Jordan 1 Spider-Verse ‘Next Chapter’ with Marvel to mark the June 2023 cinema release of Across the Spider-Verse. It follows the 2018 ‘Origin Story’ Air Jordan 1 created for Into the Spider-Verse, and continues Miles Morales’ story on the same silhouette.
The upper mixes lustrous leather and soft suede in University Red, Black and White. Black patent leather covers the Swoosh and collar, and geometric shapes and dotted patterns reference Miles moving between dimensions. A translucent red outsole finishes the build in the official University Red/Black-White colourway.
