1. Agreement & Website Use

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Tibchit website and online store. “Tibchit”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the store operating under the name Tibchit. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or submit false or misleading information. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery details.

2. Products, Descriptions & Condition

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, pricing, options and condition details accurately. Review each listing before purchase, including size, colour, grade, condition, packaging, seals, included components and item-specific limitations.

Photographs are illustrative where the listing says so; actual appearance may vary due to lighting, display settings or manufacturer packaging changes. For sneakers, apparel, trading cards and collectibles, condition and included items can be important.

A product is described as graded, authenticated, sealed or new only where the specific listing expressly supports that description. Do not assume an item is professionally graded or independently authenticated unless the listing says so.

Trading-card and collectible prices may fluctuate with availability, popularity and market conditions. Product listings are not investment advice, and Tibchit makes no promise about future resale value or investment performance.

3. Prices, Availability & Orders

Prices, promotions and availability may change before an order is accepted. The checkout summary displays the items, accepted discounts, standard shipping, applicable taxes and total due before payment. Submitting an order is a request to purchase; an order may require verification or further processing.

We may correct obvious listing, pricing, inventory or technical errors. If a correction materially affects an order already submitted, we will contact you and explain the available options. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange any refund required by law.

4. Payment

Payment methods available for a particular order are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by the selected payment provider and may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. By submitting payment, you authorize the provider to process the order total shown in checkout.

Please do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords or wallet credentials to Tibchit by email or contact form.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Tibchit currently ships within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required. For eligible U.S. delivery addresses, the shipping line in checkout displays $0.00.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit typically takes an additional 2–3 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our voluntary return-request window is 30 days after delivery for eligible items. Items must meet the condition requirements described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory rights or remedies relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

7. Third-Party Brands & Intellectual Property

Brand names, logos, product names, characters, artwork and trademarks appearing on the website belong to their respective owners and are used to identify or describe products. Unless expressly stated, Tibchit is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those rights holders.

Website text, graphics, logos, layout and other original content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The website may use or link to third-party payment, delivery, analytics or other services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control, but this does not affect any responsibility we have under applicable law for our own products or services.

9. Website Availability & Liability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security or technical reasons. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without displacing mandatory consumer protections that apply in the place where a customer resides.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when our website, business practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page. Changes do not remove rights or obligations that have already accrued.
