Processing & Delivery Estimates

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after receiving your order. Once dispatched, transit typically takes an additional 2–3 business days.

How to read this estimate: The 3–5 business-day estimate combines order processing and carrier transit. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Where We Ship

Tibchit currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Please enter your complete U.S. delivery address at checkout to confirm that the address can be served.

Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot be accepted for shipment at this time.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Processing may take longer during public holidays, peak shopping periods, or when an order requires additional verification. We’ll contact you if a significant delay affects your order.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, we’ll provide it through your order communications. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number or tracking reference.

Carrier tracking events may take some time to appear after dispatch. Delivery estimates and order-status updates are not necessarily live carrier scans.

Delivery Address & Delivery Issues

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@tibchit.shop. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

If your order is delayed, tracking has not updated, or your parcel appears to be missing, contact our support team with your order number. We’ll review the information available and help with the next steps.
